Summer beauty and Winter splendor! Hike or snowshoe from the backdoor! In the summer and fall you will enjoy the beautiful mountain breezes and wildlife. In the winter you can enjoy snow time just outside the cabin. The home is a 45 minute drive (29 miles) to Eldora ski resort, and only 5 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park Wild Basin Entrance.
Broadmeadow Cabin is a beautiful, secluded log cabin with great views of the Rocky Mountains. The cabin was built in 1974 and renovated in 2021. It is located in Allenspark, 18 miles to Estes Park. The large property backs up to the Roosevelt National Forest.
Enter into the main living room through the front door at the top of the stairs. The main living room has a wood-burning stove, comfy seating, and spectacular views from the large windows. Adjacent to the main living room is a gathering room with more amazing views, a game table, comfy sofa, bar area, and book cases filled with books for you to enjoy. When you aren't enjoying the cozy living spaces, you might want to soak in the hot tub and spend time on the wide open deck.
The kitchen area is an open plan with a kitchen island that guests can sit at while meals are being prepared. Appointed with beautiful countertops, and appliances, the kitchen has everything you will need (besides your groceries) for mealtimes. The kitchen is open to a dining area with a beautiful tall wood gathering table that seats 8 for meals or game playing.
On the main floor there are three bedrooms, providing sleep space for 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are Queen bedrooms, and one bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. The main floor also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a large tub/shower combination. The shower bathroom is ensuite for the master bedroom.
You will also enjoy the use of a washer, dryer and mud sink. Also, one car can be parked in the garage.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
