Our country house is situated in a quiet property on the main road to Ierissos, just a couple of minutes walk from Gomati village and 10' - by car - from the center of Ierissos town. Surrounded by nature, this ideal location gives you the opportunity for a very relaxing and private holiday but at the same time close to everything.
THE SPACE
Our home is a cozy and sunny holiday house, in an ideal location for the convenience of being near local amenitites and away from the noise of the town.
With its trees and large garden it is an ideal home for friends and families from all across the world. Its mountain breeze will chill your hot summer days and its garden will take your thoughts off everyday life.

A person stays 24/7 in the premises for security reasons and garden maintenance. If you are concerned over health and safety issues, just let us know and we can arrange a contactless check-in/out.

You will receive detailed instructions after confirming your reservation. Please contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangement.
We will ALWAYS accomodate an early check-in if the house was empty the night before! But you can feel free to give us your luggage so you can start your day immediately.
Please respect the time, as most likely we are expecting guests and have to prepare the house.
- Our home is suitable for pets. (Up to 3 pets)
- Pets should always be accompanied when in the premises (inside or outside the house).
- In case of damage or loss of any item, guests should replace it or recompense the owner (damages caused by guests or their pets, loss of keys, etc).
- No visitors (except for the registered guests).
- No parties and events.
- No smoking! Smoking is allowed only on the outside.
- Don't throw paper inside the toilet because it will get clogged. You can throw the paper in the baskets next to the toilet.
- Don't use the towels on the beach. Please treat with care linens and towels, otherwise extra cost will be asked if they need to be replaced.
- Please leave the house in the condition you found it.

- For legal purposes, it is required that an ID/Passport no. of one of the guests is given upon arrival (or a social tax records no. -ΑΦΜ- for Greek nationals). We know it can be annoying and time consuming sometimes, but it is now mandatory in Greece.

Our home is located in Gomati, Chalkidiki, Greece.
It's a 2 minute walk from the center of the village where you'll find a grocery store (mini market), coffee shops, a pharmacy, a tavern and a bakery.
GETTING AROUND
- There is a private parking area (up to 3 cars) in the house if you arrive by car.
- You will need to have your own car to move around.
- There is also a daily public transportation from Gomati to Ierissos and Thessaloniki.
- We are 92.5km from SKG airport and 8km from Ierissos.
- You can visit Ammouliani island and enjoy some of Chalkidiki's most amazing beaches.
- The gate to Mount Athos is a short drive from our house.
