Villa Gioiosa is a modern villa with a typical Sicilian charm, located in a countryside corner surrounded by olive and palm trees and immersed in the silence of the nature.
The villa is furnished with great care in every detail and offer 4 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath tub, two more bathrooms (1 in each floor), a spacious and comfortable living area with a large sofa, a fireplace, satellite TV, Free Wi-Fi, and a kitchen with a separated and bright dining area.
Next to the pool area is an annex/dependance, where there is one of the 4 bedrooms with its one private bathroom, also ideal as accommodation for own personnel/butler.
Outside you will find a barbecue area under a large patio, fully equipped and with table and chairs.
A large garden with grass surrounds the villa and the beautiful and private swimming pool is located next to a furnished gazebo.

The villa is located just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Cefalù and Altavilla, and within reasonable distances from the main touristic point of interest such as Palermo, the Aeolian Islands, the Etna, Syracuse, Taormina, Ustica, Selinunte, etc..
A free Wi-Fi access is provided and a large and safe parking space (up to 4 cars) is available right inside the property.
The swimming pool is private and for your use only. The pool is open from March to November (but it can be extended on request) making the villa ideal to enjoy a self-catering holiday also off season, if the nearby sea is not warm enough to bath.
Many other extra services, such as extra daily cleanings, private chef, buffet breakfast, private chauffeur and many more are available on request.
The closest beach is in San Nicola and Trabia, less than 5 minutes driving away. There you will find also some very good fresh fish everyday.
Restaurants and bars are at 1 Km and supermarkets/grocery stores are just a little further away.
Cefalù and Palermo are easily reachable in just half an hour.

We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
