Living areas include kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge.Woodburning stove and dining seating for eight and conservatory. 2 x 42 inch Smart TV inc Netflix included in both the lounge and kitchen/diner/lounge. To the outside is a garden with furniture and hot tub, off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles there is a pub. 2 x medium or 3 x small well-behaved dogs welcome. Smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Please note that this property does not accept Stag/Hen parties ( or similar). Please note: Between June - Sept this Property only accepts week long bookings.

Also only 10 miles from the seaside resort of Withernsea and Spurn Nature Reserve. Of course Hull is also within reach with The Deep aquarium.
