All common areas of the property including pool, decks and dock are for exclusive use of the guests during your stay with complete privacy. This beautiful waterfront property has expansive open water views of the serene Saint Joseph Sound and top rated Caladesi and Honeymoon islands. The wildlife views from the decks create a unique one of a kind vacation experience. From this home kayaking ,windsurfing, paddle boarding and fishing are amazing and the sunsets are mesmerizing! You can enjoy the waterside pool, outside bar and boat dock. The pool is heated. The main living area offers an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, spacious kitchen with a sizable serving bar and lovely dining area all opening to the balcony, providing the perfect flow for indoor and outdoor entertaining.
