The Space:
Be our guest at our Fort Myers Gulf Gateway where your safety, enjoyment, relaxation and comfort is our number-one priority! This 1800-square-foot gem offers a luxurious waterfront retreat with a perfect blend of ritzy South Florida living and resort-style entertainment for all members of the family.

PARKING IS ALWAYS FREE for our guests. We provide 4 spaces in the driveway and 1 space inside of the garage, which is located right in front of the home, and if needed, additional cars can parallel park right on the property line.

LIVINGROOM

As you first step inside our Gulf Gateway, you'll be greeted by an inviting, open-concept living room, tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and adorned with vibrant tropical accents. The large windows and sliding glass doors bathe the room in natural light, creating a warm and airy ambiance. A stunning 75-inch smart TV graces the wall, offering seamless access to all your favorite streaming apps, promising endless entertainment at your fingertips. Sink into the plush, royal blue sofa, surrounded by an abundance of soft pillows that beckon you to nestle in and unwind. As you settle in, your eyes may wander to the coffee table, where a small collection of intriguing books about the region and our home await, promising to transport you to different worlds with every page turned.

DINING ROOM

Step into our cozy, modern dining area, designed for four. With contemporary lighting casting a warm glow, it's an ideal setting for intimate gatherings. Comfortable chairs and minimalist decor create a tranquil atmosphere, inviting you to enjoy moments and meals in good company. Additional seating is also available a few steps away right at our gorgeous kitchen island, where we have conveniently placed 2 comfortable barstools for intimate conversations and meals. Don't worry, we have the kids covered too! There is also a high chair available for your little ones, that can be found inside of the master bedroom closet.

GAME ROOM

Step into the ultimate family entertainment zone! Our luxurious gameroom boasts a contemporary pool table and foosball setup, promising endless hours of laughter and friendly competition. BEDROOMS

Our inviting Gulf Gateway boasts three modern bedrooms, all fully equipped for your comfort. The first guest room boasts a queen-sized bed and ample closet space with gorgeous views of the backyard and pool. In the second guest room, you'll find a bunk bed with a television set, the perfect set-up for younger family members. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board, a TV with streaming apps, and direct access to the pool area through a welcoming sliding glass door. All three rooms are elegantly decorated with wooden floors, modern linens and eye-catching art, promising a comfortable stay in style. Your perfect getaway awaits.

BATHROOMS

Step into into both of our modern and comfortably equipped bathrooms.
Each bathroom features a sleek shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even Q-tips for your convenience. Towels, including makeup, hand, face, and shower towels, are readily available. A hairdryer and cleaning products are at your disposal for added convenience. Both bathrooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring a relaxing and worry-free stay. Your comfort is always our priority. Also our master bedroom has a large dual-sink set up, so two people can use the facilities at the same time and don't have to wait to take turns.

LAUNDRY AREA

Stained clothes or linens during your stay? No problem at all! Our oasis also boasts a laundry area conveniently located right inside of our garage along with a mop sink in case you have any tough stains to remove or would like to use the mop. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets complimentarily, ensuring some cost savings and a hassle-free experience. As the machines work their magic, take in the ease of refreshing your wardrobe on your own schedule. This is travel made simpler, one load at a time.

GRILL-N-CHILL LOUNGE

FISHING DOCK

Welcome to our serene fishing dock overlooking the canal. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance as you cast a line into the waters teeming with fish and aquatic life. Relax on one of our two lounge chairs or use the small table for a quiet moment by the water. Complimentary fishing rods and tackle are provided for your convenience, located in the pool area.

PEDAL BOAT

Embark on a pedal-powered adventure with our Bass Pro Shop pedal boat! Ideal for exploring the nearby canal network, this fun and adventurous activity promises unforgettable experiences for all ages. Please note: Guests under 16 require adult supervision and must sign a waiver along with a release of liability form before use. To ensure safety and to avoid capsizing , drowning or injury, please adhere to posted rules and weight limits. Let the exploration begin!

Guest Access:
We are excited to host each and every one of you and our guests are welcome to entire home, including the fishing dock, pool and laundry facilities, which are all private and not shared with anyone else during your stay.

Once the booking is confirmed and our guests arrive to the property, we will provide them with the lockbox code, so they can grab the key and enjoy everything we have to offer at our Gulf Gateway.
