Bedroom 1: With double bed and Freeview TV.
Wet room: With shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With roll-top bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Cot, travel cot and highchair available on request.. Small enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Electric car charging point available on request at cost. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards. Couples and family bookings only. . Ty Hapus is a semi-detached cottage which boasts a large living room complete with a focal wood burner to enjoy those cosy evenings in after a busy day sightseeing or retire to the secluded hot tub with a glass of wine and enjoy star gazing. Finished to a very good standard with oak doors and a roll top bath, this cottage really has been thoughtfully renovated.
The beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach are only 3 miles away, explore the rock pools, coves and caves and don’t forget the barbecue. The harbour town of Fishguard, 3 miles, has a host of restaurants focusing on local produce and fresh line-caught bass. Locally you can spot dolphins on a boat trip from nearby Cardigan. Inland you will stumble across the majestic Cenarth Falls which, if you time it right in the Autumn, you can see the salmon and sea trout leaping up the falls - a really magnificent sight, and don’t forget the 186 miles of National Park coastline just waiting to be explored. A 40-minute drive takes you to the famous walled town of Tenby, it is truly unforgettable with its pretty beach, cobbled streets and stunning harbour.
