Quiet & Relaxing location, so close to the Beautiful downtown Clear lake. Newly updated Condo, with a beautiful view of the Harbor. We offer lots of extra amenities that others don’t offer. Such as, outdoor and indoor pool/hot tub, indoor rec room with foosball & ping-pong tables, tennis courts, volleyball, pickle ball, & basketball area along with outdoor shelter house. You will have the entire condo with secure access located on the 3rd floor. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with 6 max.
THE SPACE:
You will love this Cozy 600 square ft. one bedroom Condo, with a queen size bed. The bathroom includes a whirlpool tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. There is a coin operated laundry on the lower level of the building as well. For extra sleeping space there is a loft that you enter through the living room with one large space for a queen size air mattress and a smaller room for a single size air mattress. We have five grandchildren ranging in ages from 2 to 11 and they all sleep perfect up there. Kids love it!!
The living area has a full size couch and loveseat, there is also a large screen TV with satellite service.
You will have a full kitchen with dishes, including pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, equipped with most of your cooking needs. You will also have a private balcony, with a gas grill that looks on to the beautiful harbor, and a very short walk to the outside pool.
GUESTS ACESS:
We offer off street parking, and are just a short 2.6 miles from The beautiful downtown Clear Lake. Just a few short blocks from the Condo you will find Veterans Memorial Golf Club it is a 9-hole par 36 course recognized both regionally and nationally as one of the finest public courses in Iowa.
***RESTRICTED/LIMITED ON SITE AMENITIES***
*Outdoor Pool(Back yard of condo unit)
*Indoor pool & hot tub is just a short walk around the harbor.
*Basketball, Pickle Ball Court and Playground Only 2 swings & slide. Just outside of our condo unit.
* Community room (with Foosball & Ping-Pong) available when not reserved by others in the condo complex. We will not reserve this for renters.
***FISHING***
The Harbor is known for it’s great fishing. There is a public fishing dock in front of the condo complex. NO FISH cleaning is allowed anywhere in the condo or on the condo grounds. The property has video surveillance and fines will be assessed by the HOA.
***LIMITATIONS/RESTRICTIONS OF COMMON AREAS/AMENITIES***
Please keep in mind the hot tub, pools, pool decks and other common area amenities are shared with many other condo units in the complex. The governing documents of the complex permit our unit use of the amenities but not to the exclusion of others. All renters are welcome to enjoy and use the amenities in a light usage manner and without disrupting the usability of the amenities for the owners/guests in other units in the complex. It is not appropriate to hold gatherings/parties in the common areas, take up more than half of the tables/chairs, etc. It is also required that you pick up your trash and leave the facility in as good of condition as you found it, (or better), when you leave.
There will be times especially summer weekends when the pools/hot tub will be crowded.
The condo unit has joint ownership with other condos in the complex of the pools and other amenities. We cannot promise/guarantee that the amenities will be in working order and available during your stay. We furthermore cannot promise/guarantee the safety of the amenities. Use the amenities at your own risk.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
* We will ask that you fill out a renters agreement along with your car license number to provide to the HOA
* You will be sent the building # and the unit code the day before check-in.
* Please make sure all doors are locked when leaving the Condo.
