The house is also uniquely equipped with a conservatory, and can provide you with off-street parking for 5 vehicles. Designed for groups of contractors, the property can accommodate up to 9 people, in 4 spacious bedrooms, having single beds and a double bed.
Being newly renovated, this house is a fresh blend between modern and traditional, benefiting from uniquely large windows and boasting of natural light. We have also added an extra double bed to this property for those who arrive in larger groups.
The kitchen and dining area are both located on the ground floor, and consist of two separate, but communicating rooms. The dining area and lounge are modern, and can accommodate the entire group if you enjoy socialising or eating together after a long day at work. There is super fast Wifi and a 50” Smart TV automatically set with complimentary Netflix, allowing you to enjoy the latest and trendiest TV shows. There is one full bathroom and one toilet downstairs.
The house is designed with comfort in mind. We provide hotel linen, toiletries, coffee and tea. Beds are very comfortable, and will give everyone the space they need with the individual layout in place.
One of the most unique and stunning features of this property is the back garden. This leafy and relaxing space will be ideal for any group, especially during spring and summer days.
There are several grocery stores nearby, and one of the most beautiful Birmingham suburbs, Solihull, is only a 20-minute drive away, having a number of cafes and restaurants, if you prefer to eat out with your colleagues.
We provide full access to the house and facilities via self-check-in.

Prior to your arrival:
All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £100 & sign the Terms & Conditions.
During your stay:
1. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
2. All guests must respect our community guidelines:
No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests
No Smoking
No extra guests
3, Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm.
4. We would prefer if you could:

When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
5. This is a self-check-in property, by booking this property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you have been provided.
6. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking, this will be applied for each day of your booking.
7. Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.
8. You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
9. You must pass our verification process. Failure to do so will result in us declining your booking.
10. You agree that your booking this property in goodwill with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hosts business if you lose a dispute.
