Just a few minutes from Seaside, 300 feet from the local gas station and a short walk to Donut Hut, there could not be a more convenient and family friendly location! With fetaures like an unheard of "hot water" outdoor shower this home allows true vacation relaxation. A brick patio surrounds the lushly landscaped private pool with chairs for lounging in the sun and an umbrella table. The grill inspires a family cookout and dining with favorite poolside drinks. The pool patio, wraparound veranda, columned covered balcony, rooftop deck with outdoor dining furniture and two screened porches offer plenty of unique ways to enjoy gulf breezes and views. All three bedrooms and the tower sitting room provide access to their own balcony, screened porch or an open deck.
"Sugar Shack" features a spacious great room with hardwood tile flooring throughout and vibrant décor for a little beach flair. A seating ensemble faces a large TV for evening entertainment. The hardwood dining table seats six and there is additional bar stool seating for 6. more at the raised breakfast bar. The bright kitchen has custom cabinetry, light quartz-topped counters, and gorgeous stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy a home-cooked dinner with ease.

The main level guest bedroom offers king bed and has access to exquisitely remodeled hall guest bath with new custom tile shower. The guest king bedroom has direct access to a private pool view screened porch and is perfect for the family member who prefers to stay on the first level. The spacious second level master suite offers a private screened pool view balcony, a king bed, and the en suite bathroom has a dual sink vanity and walk in shower and make up vanity. Across the hall is an oversized guest suite feature a queen bed and two twin over twin bunk bed sets with with private bathroom and a covered balcony. The third level tower room has a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and an open sun deck with dining table looking out above the palm tree tops with peek-a-boo ocean views.

Coloring changing pool lights with brighten the nightly swim in the large private pool. Pool heating is optional for a nightly fee. The backyard oasis is encompassed by 6 foot privacy fence for your comfort. Filled with lounge chairs, conversation chairs and a patio table with umbrella, there is plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind. Head through the side gate of the home and use the outdoor hot and cold shower station to rinse off after a long day at the beach. The spectacular grill is sure to amaze and help make an amazing dinner if you choose to eat in.
