Parking: At NO time is there to be parking on grass. If there are signs of a car driving on the grass and or parking, there will be an additional cost.
Second Bathroom: Is located outside of the main house. It is neat and tidy and inside the garage.
Wildlife on a Rural Property: Please note this home is located in a rural area. Although the home receives a regular pest service you may still encounter, bugs, insects, spiders etc.
Pool: The home is located in a rural area and although the pool is regularly serviced upon your arrival the pool may contain leaves, pollen/flowers and insects or little animals. Any items in the pool can be scooped out with the pool net. Pool area facilities may close without prior notice if maintenance works is required.
Private Storage Shed: Located at the front of the expansive 1.5-acre property, there is a storage shed that the owner may occasionally access and utilise. Rest assured this will not interfere with your stay or privacy. You still have full access to the entire main home and all facilities.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
