This cheerful family home has recently undergone a complete makeover and has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday away. Set up for 8 adults and 5 kids, you can bring your extended family or plan a holiday with your friends. The house has plenty of space with a gorgeous view of the coast.
This house is minutes away from some of the Coast's most popular beaches, from Currimundi through to Bullock Beach. Book and enjoy the relaxing coastal atmosphere this house has to offer.
This beautiful spacious home is perfect for a whole family (or two) to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, dining and a full kitchen. There is a large outdoor living and entertaining space with a big deck to relax on. With plenty of room, this house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 5 kids.
One of the best features of this house is the outlook from the kitchen, dining and front living room. You can relax and entertain whilst enjoying the stunning view of the Coast.
If outdoor living is for you, you will love the massive outdoor deck area! Enjoy the generous outdoor couches or have a meal around the outdoor dining table.
The main living room is roomy and spacious with a comfortable couch and 86" smart TV. Feel free to sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite streaming service. The couch even folds out to a queen bed if you need it.
The main bedroom is upstairs which also has views of the ocean. Complete with its own ensuite, spa and private deck, it's a great retreat for parents.
Two of the bedrooms downstairs both have queen beds and the remaining room is set up for the kids. The kid's room has 2 bunks and a trundle that can sleep 5 kids. Please note, these beds are not suitable for adults.

The property is solely set up for holiday accommodation. You will have the entire house to yourself during your stay.
NOTE: We are currently waiting on availability to install new blinds and curtains throughout the entire house. There are currently blinds and curtains in the bedrooms, however, these are due to get replaced and curtains added to all the living areas.
The house is your own with self check-in, however if you need anything we are only a call away
Dicky Beach, Currimundi, Kings Beach, Moffat Beach, Happy Valley and Bulcock Beach are just down the road from this beautiful home. These places are great for family outings and have stunning sunrises and sunsets. Local cafes are all along the main street of Caloundra or down by the water's edge of Bulcock Beach. Moffat beach has its own Brewery and Currimundi lake is perfect for the evening outing. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find yourself at the popular Kings Beach. This is patrolled for the kids with a number of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Dicky Beach is also patrolled all year round.
Caloundra and Currimundi shopping centres are also close by for all your essentials during your stay. If you are visiting on the weekend, take a stroll through the markets that are often running on the main street of Caloundra.
If you have brought a car with you, there is driveway parking at the property. Everything you need is within a 10-minute drive, such as beaches, shops and restaurants. Taxis and Uber are just a call away and there is a bus stop within walking distance.
Pets are more than welcome to join you during your stay. Please clean up after them. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Please no events or smoking is permitted at anytime
If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet.
This house is elevated on stilts with polished timber floor boards. This can provide a lot of noise to the neighbours if kids run in the hallway.
Pets:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed please. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the sheets
- Keep pets off the furniture
If any of the above rules are not followed we charge an extra fee of $200
