Private home entrance leads to a warm, inviting, sun drenched space with a beautifully designed open floor plan; this includes a dining room & living room, dedicated workspace, sunroom/playroom, fully furnished & fenced in backyard equipped with a beautiful dining area for 10 & a swing set.
- There are 2 full bathrooms, one located on each floor stocked with everything one could need!

This Townhouse style layout provides total privacy for our guests. Built in the late 1800’s this stunning Long Island home just underwent a complete renovation and is the perfect blend of old & new making it the perfect balance of both modern and cozy!

Our bedrooms feature super comfortable full-size & twin-size beds. Guests may request a specific layout based on their personal preferences and reservation needs.
Each bedroom includes closets with ample storage. CLEAN crisp, hotel-quality linens, towels, and extra pillows/blankets.
**KITCHEN:**
Our OU chef's kitchen is brand new and quipped with luxury appliances. Stocked with everything you may need during your stay.
**OFFICE:**
The cozy dedicated workspace includes a spacious desk filled with office supplies, easily accessible outlets for all electronics and an excellent Wi-Fi connection.
**SUNROOM:**
Unwind in the sun-drenched, private indoor enclosed sunroom with wrap-around windows. Perfect for lounging or even as a playroom (depending on the reservation). Toys available for kids of all ages join request.
**OUTDOOR OASIS:**
The backyard features an outdoor dining area (seating for 10) and a large patio sofa. The yard is fully fenced-in and includes a swing set! (Pergola is set up around the dining area during the summer months).
**LIVING/DINING ROOMS:**
Unwind in our stylish living room with plenty of seating for everyone. Stocked with games, books, magazines, smart TV (Netflix included) and more.
**Parking available on street directly in front of the home or in the driveway (upon request).
