This room has 100㎡ and can accommodate up to Max 6 people. With 2 semi-double beds, 1 King size bed (Waterbed), and 2 sets of futons, you will have a pleasant & comfortable stay with friends or family.

*The room key is inside the mailbox. Guest can self check-in

*Early Check-in: Possible, if the cleaning is finished(after 13:00)
Guests can drop off luggage only after cleaning is finished.

*Please take off your shoes and leave them in the entrance.

*There is NO SMOKING area in this room or balconies. Please smoke outside of the building. We may charge an additional cleaning fee if you smoke in the room or on the balcony.

*After 10PM, please do not make big sounds.

*When going out, please turn off the air conditioning and the lights of the room.Please cooperate with power saving^^

*Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.

*Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.

*Treat the property like your own home.

*Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.

*Guests of all ages are welcome.

*Up to 6 years old free of charge Only when sharing bed with an adult
Adults 7 years and older will be charged

*Please do not leave your luggage inside the room after checking out.
(We can’t accept the storage of your luggage after checking out.)

*Late Check-out: We can’t accept, because we need to clean for next guests.
Be very careful to the check-out time. If you past the check-out time, we will charge 5,000 yen per hour.
If you want to adjust the check-out time, please let me know the time before the day of check-out.
