Original, charming, & quaint historic house in the sought after area of Victoria Park just a stroll to Las Olas Blvd. Come enjoy this beautiful historic house with it's original wood floors. The house has been recently updated with a new kitchen. The backyard is not available for use and has a pool being built please see the pictures before booking. It is fenced off so you will not be able to access it and no construction will occur during your stay.

BATHROOM:
3 Full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. There are plenty of dining areas with seating and all the necessary dinnerware.
PARKING:
Free parking is available right outside the property.
WHATS INCLUDED:
Free wifi, Smart TVs, we provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.
No laundry on premises.
DRIVING DISTANCES:
15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale airport & Port Everglades
5 minutes to Las Olas Blvd Beach & riverfront where all the night life and renowned restaurants are.
The entire house is for your exclusive use. There will be no pool construction during your stay but the backyard is fenced off so you are unable to use it and you can see the pool construction from the balcony. Please observe checkin time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.
This house is nestled in an area full of lush tropical plants so you can really feel the South Florida ambiance. You are just 8 minutes from Las Olas Bch and you can walk to beautiful Victoria Park. Enjoy the comforts we offer!

Very historic & charming home with lots of character located in Fort Lauderdale's most sought after upscale neighborhood called Victoria Park. Enjoy streets lined with beautiful trees for plenty of shade and Lush foliage. A favorite place for locals to go walk and do exercise at. Walk to Victoria Park with canal/intercostal waterway views or Las Olas Blvd.
Waze or any other map application are very reliable and will help you get around!
I highly recommend you rent a car when you arrive at the airport or use ride sharing application like Uber/Lyft.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will be building a pool in the month of April so the backyard will not be available and there may be workers during the day. It will not interfere with the actual house since it is in the back and you have to go down a set of stairs to access the area. However if you book it you understand this is will be happening.
Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.
Surveillance cameras on site for your safety and ours.
Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.
•Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering we will cancel your reservation with NO REFUND of unused nights.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.
•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip insurance through Airbnb to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.
•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
