The living area is a bright and cozy space with a large couch, a non-working fireplace, a large flat-screen smart TV, floor-to-ceiling bookcases, and a cheerful reading nook or extra seating.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer with an ice and water dispenser, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.
Serve your meals-buffet style at the custom kitchen island or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
You can find all three bedrooms on the second floor in the prominent home. Each bed is made with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home—two full bathrooms located on the 2nd floor.
As you walk up the steps onto the 2nd floor, bedrooms #1 and #2 are to the right. Bedroom #1 is a large room with ample closet storage, a king-size bed, a non-working fireplace, a designated workstation with monitors, a desk, and a chair. Natural light and tall windows fill the room. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, closet storage, and a large window.
The two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom just down the hallway. A shower/bath combo and single vanity offer plenty of fresh, clean towels and toiletries for your stay.
Bedroom #3, the master, offers a king-size platform bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom:

The Benton Park Neighborhood is named after St. Louis' second-oldest park. From its beginnings as early as 1836 to today, this neighborhood has maintained a prominent place in the city's heritage. With Benton Park's age and architecture, it earned the distinction as the largest historic district in St. Louis in 1985 when the Landmarks completed a voluminous nomination into the National Register.
Benton Park is an urban vibrant walkable neighborhood with lots of unique shops and restaurants. It's home to social and community events for all ages.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
