The farmhouse on the hills of Lake Trasimeno. Casale Sole e Luna is situated on a hill and panoramic area, plunged amidst olive groves, woods and cultivated fields, a few km from the medieval village of Panicale and only 4,5 km away from Sant’Arcangelo which overlooks the Trasimeno Lake. In Sant’Arcangelo there are shops, small groceries and restaurants. Countless the small villages in the surroundings which frame the lake, and that you can visit to breathe and experience the life of the green Umbrian countryside.
Rustic and authentic decor of the Umbrian tradition. Placed all on ground floor, the farmhouse is divided into 3 independent units, not connected to each other. In one of them there is a living-dining room with kitchen corner equipped for groups to gather and eat meals. Furnishing, rustic but comfortable all the same, is enriched with authentic Umbrian fittings; the exposed beams recall the atmosphere of the country houses of the past.
Swimming pool and outdoor spaces. Casale Sole e Luna is endowed with a beautiful swimming pool immersed among olives (size m 5x10, depth m 1,20 - open from 01st May to 30th September) and placed only a few meters from the house, inside a panoramic garden that enjoys a relaxing view of the surrounding hills. For “al fresco” dinners, on summer evenings, customers have at their disposal, together with the barbecue area, a large wooden veranda furnished with tables and chairs. To make the holiday even more comfortable, Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Just 400 meters from the property there is also a partner riding stables, where it will be possible to organize horseback rides in the middle of nature.
