The farm, with an area of 10 hectares (with vineyards and olive gardens) is part of the northern region of Maremma, called the High Maremma. The bay of Follonica, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Violina and Punta Ala, is just minutes away. The large pool (6 x 12 m) is situated in the middle of a wonderful pine forest. At the pool there is a terrace with patio furniture. Facilities of the farm include a common laundry and grills. There is Also a private parking lot.
