My lovely home in PebbleCreek (Eagles Nest) Goodyear AZ is ready for you to enjoy. This home has vaulted ceilings in the dining and living rooms, two master suites with king beds, walk-in closets and full ensuite bathrooms, well equiped kitchen and many outdoor ammenities. Golf cart is included.
The well-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an induction stovetop and everything you need to entertain.
The living room includes a 70” smart tv with Amason Fire Stick and YouTube TV. There are TV’s in both masters, the kitchen and on the patio with Amason Fire Stick and YouTube TV. Wireless high speed internet and printer are also included.
The beautiful private backyard with pool and spa is fully landscaped and great for entertaining with a furnished covered patio, a BBQ, refrigerator, as well as a gas fire pit sitting area. There is also a putting green for practice, and parked in the garage is a Golf Cart that is available to you.
Three championship, 18 hole Golf Courses with very affordable green fees surround the development in PebbleCreek. There are three heated swimming pools (two with hot tubs) and an Olympic-size indoor pool with lap lanes. A full exercise gym with state of the art equipment, lighted tennis courts, 20 lighted pickleball courts, pool tables, steam room, aerobics room, and restaurants are all available in the immaculately kept recreation facilities. HOA requires minimum 30 night stay to access facilities. There are many clubs and activities to enjoy including a performing arts theatre. One resident must be over 40. Pebble Creek is Arizona’s most prestigious 45+ active adult community with every conceivable facility to make life easy and enjoyable. A 30 night minimum stay also reduces State and City taxes on rental property.
My PebbleCreek home is close to NFL (AZ Cardinals Stadium-home of this years Super Bowl), the WM Phoenix Open Golf tournament, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, PIR (Nascar), Top Golf, several MLB Spring Training facilities, hiking, biking, and multiple golf courses including the famous Wigwam Resort within 10 minutes ( 3 more golf courses).
The community has great restaurants and lounges at each of our two club houses serving excellent food at an affordable price.

Arrangements can be made to have the pool heated for a $30/day fee based on the number of rental days. A 20 percent discount has already been applied to all rental rates to compensate for the new VRBO listing.
PebbleCreek has easy access to the I-10 and 303 freeways and is only 25 minutes west from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Just outside the Pebble Creek gates you will find all the amenities common in a robust growing community such as grocery, pharmacy, and a wide variety of restaurants.
