Ample parking is available with three designated spots, including two covered spaces, each costs $50. Please note, boat trailers must have current registration and can be parked outside the main gate. The beach access is a 6-minute walk from the condo. To get there, turn right at Highway 180 and then turn left on Three Mile Road (despite its name, it is not 3 miles long). Please note, only owners are permitted to use golf carts on the property.

Our vacation rentals are near nature preserves, home to diverse wildlife. Please watch your step and avoid disturbing creatures like snakes, rabbits, coyotes, and more. Leave beach equipment off the shore overnight to protect nesting sea turtles, especially during their May to October nesting season. It's crucial to respect sea turtles, as disturbing them or their nests is a federal offense. Avoid leaving beach gear or bright lights on the beach overnight, as they disorient baby turtles. Help preserve our endangered species. For recycling on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, guests must take items to the firehouse by Sassy Bass Market. The facility accepts aluminum, cardboard, and plastic; glass is not accepted.
