CHECK-IN:
-Check-in time is 5pm-2am (Check-ins after 10pm will not have guaranteed assistance)
-Early check-ins are offered but not guaranteed. If your reservation is accepted it does not mean your early check-in request was accepted. Please message us asking if you can check-in early.
-If early check-in is approved there will be a 50$ charge. Earliest check-in available will be 3pm unless otherwise noted.
-Priority early check-in will be offered if available, prices may vary due to seasonality
CHECK-OUT:
-Check-out time is 10am
-Late Check-outs are offered but MUST be approved by the management team. IF you stay past your 10am check-out without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. (This does not award you possession of the property)
-If late check-out is approved in advance there will be a 50$ charge. If it is a same day approval there will be a 75$ charge. Latest check-out time offered is 12pm.
-If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours (later than 12pm on the day of check-out) you will be automatically charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. (This does not award you possession of the property)
PACKAGES:
-We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you order a package to this address and it is lost or stuck in transit after your check-out day we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
GUEST OCCUPANCY:
-Must have a valid working phone number (If there is no working phone number and we attempt to contact you before your reservation we will remove your reservation without refund)
-The occupancy limit for this home is 7 people. ANY number of people more than the amount stated will automatically be considered trespassing and vacated. There are cameras facing the entrance of the building to confirm your reservation size.
-Any undeclared guests (ex. Reservation says 4 people but you arrive with 6) will be charged 40$/person and the reservation can still be terminated if any of these guests are declared unsuitable by the host or airbnb
PARTIES:
-This property has a strict no parties rule/noise violation to all airbnb guests. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking. You will be breaking this rule and will be charged 200$. This 200$ fine will not exempt you from damage fees, cleaning fees, or smoking fees.
-Be respectful to the neighbors, no loud noises past 10pm. We have sound level monitors that will notify us if it is too loud at certain times. If there are any complaints from neighbors that are brought up to us we will consider that violation of our house rules and will not hesitate to terminate your reservation.
GENERAL RULES:
-Shoes are allowed in the property however not on carpeted areas. If stains are found on carpet and treating is required a 50$ fee will be charged
-No smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. Only permitted outside the house. A fee of $200 will be charged if smoking is discovered to be in the home
-Additional Cleaning Fee of $100 will be charged if the home is extremely dirty beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home after check-out. (Ex. excessive amounts of trash, stains on floor, dirty walls requiring treating)
-Do not move the furniture or unplug any of the electronics like TVs, or lamps
-Park ONLY in the parking spaces that we provide. DO NOT park in front of a neighbor’s home, the car occupancy for this home is 3(2 car garage 1 car street)
-If key/garage key/key fob/key card is included in the property and is not returned to its original space a 75$ fee will be charged to replace the key.
COMPLAINTS:
-If you have complaints about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) Upon addressing this complaint to airbnb or us, you are authorizing us to come in to the property and solve the problem up to the standards you require
