Remodeled house in safe neighborhood w a lots of nature and greens, free parking on front yard. Park max 2 cars. House is located approx 10 minutes drive to the beach(Surfside, Bal Harbor)
It has a big pool on backyard, BBQ w outdoor patio. Across the road is golf course and country club is just minutes away!
Aldi grocery store is walking distance. Whole Foods, Publix, TJ Maxx and other stores are few minutes away by car or short uber ride ! Downtown, Brickel, Wynwood - approx 15 minutes by car!
2 bedroom 1 bathroom house (part of duplex) . It has newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors. You'll enjoy complete privacy on your side of the house including pool area. My tenants live in another part of duplex however they are very low key so you almost won’t see them , we want you to respect the fact that they live in property and that’s why we don’t accept loud music , noise, excessive drinking, drugs and extra visitors , you can enjoy your part of duplex in complete privacy, we will be available If you will need us, but if you want to party or get crazy this place is not for you , don’t even send us an inquiry please .

CARGO TRAIN passing through the area where house is located so it can get noisy HOWEVER house has newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors so its definitely less noisy than it used to be. Also train doesn't honk so you almost don't know that its passing thru.
House it's a DUPLEX - you'll enjoy complete privacy on your side of the house with pool.
No washer & dryer in on a pool area.
POOL is not heated , also it’s surrounded by the trees , we clean it regularly but leaves and debris can fell off from trees anytime . There is a net for leaves removal , you can use it anytime during your stay .
SECURITY CAMERAS are on the property for yours and ours added security - located on front entrance (overlooking parking lots) and back entrance (overlooking back yard and pool area) of the house
***If you are looking for a party house , drugs, and loud music then this house is NOT for you ! My neighbors and tenants are very cautious and sensitive about bad behavior and we don’t accept it !*** we want you to be respectful to us and to our neighbors as we are respectful to you as well :)***

•NEVER PARK CAR ON THE GRASS!There is many parking spots so no need to park on grass!
• Please leave the house in the same conditions as you found it (clean your dishes, take trash out - it's located as you walk out from pool area , you'll turn right , its behind the corner )
• No sand at the house !!! ( Also no sand in the bathroom neither in bathtub- plumbing is old and it can get clogged )
• Don't store trash in the house for days please. Kindly ask you to use trash chute DAILY, otherwise you can expect bugs ( we live in humid Florida )
•Please don't leave any food or food crumbles outside of the fridge or uncovered. ( otherwise you can expect bugs - we live in humid Florida )
•always keep pool door and front door closed ( otherwise you can expect bugs, we live in humid Florida )
