Come stay at this fully updated and modern 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a well-established and safe central Lubbock neighborhood. This location is perfect for the small family all the way up to large groups. Plenty of parking in the front ensures that you will have space for your vehicles and the fenced in back yard makes it perfect for kids and your furry friends. This house features all new furniture fast wifi a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and the best mattresses.
The first three bedrooms feature either a queen size or king size bed with the most comfortable mattress you will sleep on while traveling. In addition the rooms also have bedside lamps with USB charging capabilities and desks that can be used for any working needs while traveling. The fourth bedroom in the converted patio features a set of bunk beds as well as an additional sleeper sofa. n nThe bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. We do not offer hair dryers at any of our locations anymore as they are the often taken by guests. Please plan on packing your own. n nThe living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area also has a 45 Roku enabled TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime already setup for guests to use. n nThe kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. New epoxy counter tops modern updates and a dedicated coffee bar make sure you feel right at home. n nThe dining area has plenty of seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view out the front window. n nThe backyard is large well fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. The garage isn't quite big enough for most vehicles therefore we prefer that guests do not attempt to use it unless there is a significant need or inclement weather. n nAll areas of the house are available to guests. n nOur interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call and pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the AirBnB app or call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work and we will not see your messages. Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide! n nThe property does have a doorbell camera and a camera/floodlight combo on the front of the property. This is for our guests safety. There are no other recording devices anywhere in or around the property.
