Huckleberry Lodge is currently a private residence, welcoming family and friends only. This waterfront Lodge is on Lake Eufaula! This home has a swim dock, a slip for mooring your boat, a fire pit, outdoor living areas, & hot tub! Sleeping 18, the lodge is a great place for family, friend, and corporate retreats. Activities include kayaking, fishing, swimming, boating, corn hole, horse shoes, grilling, Smart TV's, & board games. It has a loaded game room with darts, full-sized ping pong, pool, shuffleboard tables, and karaoke! This quirky and eccentric place has a style all its own but it’s best described as a coastal, yet rustic farmhouse.
The Property
Huckleberry Lodge is right on the water! It has a huge swim dock with a slip for your boat. There is plenty of room to host family groups, large friend groups, or corporate retreats. It is the perfect place for extended getaways, annual family vacations, retreats, and bachelor or bachelorette parties. It is a favorite of fisherman in the spring, summer, and fall, and duck and deer hunters in the winter. The home is an expansive but quaint 4,000 square feet with 4 private bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. It has 3 floors, each with its own bathroom, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 4 porches, a fully loaded game room and hot tub for late nights under the stars. It surely has something for everyone in your group.

The main floor boasts a beautifully appointed and unique entry way, kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, screened in porch, and wrap around porches. The home is full of innovative, clever, and creative repurposed vintage pieces. This floor has reclaimed yellow pine floors that were salvaged from a 19th century Kansas City factory, large authentic shiplap made from crates from oil field equipment, Benjamin Factory lights, repurposed chandeliers, open floating shelving, and a wood burning fireplace. Each room of the home was inspired and themed around a song and comprises a framed 45 record with QR code for your listening enjoyment. You will step into the house on the main floor through the charming entryway that brandishes huge old wooden doors mounted on the wall and an oversized repurposed mirror.
ON THE ROAD AGAIN BY WILLIE NELSON:
The kitchen was inspired by Willie Nelson’s song On the Road Again and the lyrics “like a band of gypsies, we go down the hi-way…” Fun, artist commissioned cabinets are a highlight as you enter the kitchen. You will also catch the relaxed lake vibes with the floating cabinets, old commercial metal cinnamon roll pans as the kitchen backsplash, repurposed kitchen island/table on gigantic casters, and vintage pillow cases now used as kitchen curtains. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need to cook a meal for your group. Including 2 large Cuisinart coffee makers, large electric skillet, griddle, and crockpot. You will also find the kitchen to be well appointed with pots, pans, skillets, cooking utensils, and electric can opener for your use. The kitchen/dining room area will seat 16 people.
GYPSY BY STEVIE NICKS:
The living room was themed after the song Gypsy by Stevie Nicks and you will see a nod to her beads, fringe, and top hat-wearing style in the corner along with a guitar and iconic tambourine. A beautiful river rock stone fireplace with a funky repurposed wooden mantle are the focal point in the living room; along with the wall-to-wall windows of the lake immediately outside. This room also has a playful chandelier created from an old cupola with lots of sparkly crystals and fun bohemian floor pillows for late night talks and a bottle of wine.
SWEET HOME ALABAMA BY LYNYRD SKYNYRD
The back porch deck was inspired by the song Sweet Home Alabama by Lynyrd Skynyrd. As you step out on the back porch, you will smell the fresh lake air and take in the incomparable views of beautiful Lake Eufaula. Looking out toward the lake, you will feel as if you are amongst the tree tops, in a treehouse, from your youth. There is a porch swing and several Adirondack chairs for you to kick-back, relax, and soak in the views. You can follow this porch around to the front door and driveway for easy transport of your coolers and lake toys for the weeks stay.
FISHING IN THE DARK BY NITTY GRITTY DIRT BAND
The screened in porch area is a family and guest FAVORITE! Here you will find an oversized swinging day bed that is perfect for your morning coffee or post lake nap! You will also enjoy the TV, ceiling fan, and additional patio furniture in this space.

The stairs to the lower level are flanked with vintage license plates on the treads. The lower level accommodates an additional living and dining area, kitchenette, double queen bedroom, bathroom, bunkroom, lake level outdoor deck and the notorious game room. This level of the home is perfect for entertaining, hanging out, and gaming.
PROUD MARY BY CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL
This room was inspired by the song Proud Mary by Creedence Clearwater Revival and has many quirky reimagined pieces. The lighting in the room previously served as a cattle trough and now hangs as a chandelier in the room baring the Proud Mary name. The room features vintage crown molding, an old Mid Century Modern “spaceship style” electric fireplace, the front grill of an old jeep that now hangs on chains serving as a TV console table, an old coca cola cooler now functioning as a kitchenette with built in sink, and a 1932 GE refrigerator that still works. The living room has a large smart TV and comfy couches making it a great area to visit, play games, watch a movie, or do a puzzle. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave ready to provide all of your popcorn and drinks. Proud Mary also has a great gaming table pioneered from an original woodworking table with large casters and beautiful glass top surrounded with Restoration Hardware stools. Additionally, adjacent from the primary entertaining area is another full bathroom along with a front load washer and dryer.
LAY DOWN SALLY BY ERIC CLAPTON
Lay Down Sally by Eric Clapton is the inspiration for the lake level porch. It provides an outdoor dining area with table and chairs, is right next to the hot tub and outdoor shower, and is just a couple of steps from the oversized fire pit. This area also has another fantastic view of the best fishing lake in Oklahoma and of the Huckleberry Lodge dock. You will find 3 kayaks hanging at the end of the porch for guests to use during their stay.

BURNING RING OF FIRE BY JOHNNY CASH
The firepit with 10 Adirondack chairs was inspired by Burning Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash. It is always a big hit with our family and guests alike. It’s perfect for roasting hotdogs, marshmallows or making smores. Conversations and laughter around the fire abound often until late in the evening.
BOONDOCKS BY LITTLE BIGTOWN:
Boondocks by Little Bigtown was the inspiration for the dock. What an extraordinary amenity the dock is! Only 50 steps from the house, it is certainly one of the most distinguishing amenities of Huckleberry Lodge. It is the 2nd biggest dock in the cove with 4 boat slips, a swim dock, high dive, and swim up steps. Guests are welcome to tie their boat up at the dock. For an additional fee, guests may rent one slip for overnight parking of your boat. Additionally, a Tri-toon boat may be available for rent at the dock at the discretion of the owner. You can discuss this via phone with the owner after making your reservation. You can fish, sunbathe on the lily pad, swim, dive, or just hang out here on the dock.

GOD BLESS THE USA BY LEE GREENWOOD
The double queen bedroom was themed after the song God Bless the USA by Lee Greenwood. Reclaimed doors serve as headboards adorned with bedside chandeliers. A vintage flag compliments the seating area, and a 1960’s swimsuit hangs over the bedside table. This room has a picture window overlooking the hot tub and lake. It’s just steps away from all the action but has its own level of peace and quiet.
SITTIN’ ON THE DOCK OF THE BAY BY OTIS REDDING
Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay by Otis Redding was the inspiration for the Huck Finn Camp Bunks. This room has a fishing and hunting vibe with racoon pelts, minnow buckets, deer sheds, and fishing buoys. It houses 2 twin XL, custom alcove bunk beds. These 4 beds are deceiving in pictures, but they can fit grown men from 6’5” in height and shorter! This room is prized among kids and adults alike and comes complete with vintage flashlights for late night telling of ghost stories and "BIG fish" stories.
SUPER FREAK BY RICK JAMES
The notorious game room was inspired by many R&B, Soul, Disco, and old Rock songs. All of which are 45 records on the wall. But since we had to choose one, Super Freak it is! This room is party central during the evening hours at the lake. It offers 2 large TV’s that are great for watching games and/or fights. Grab a buddy and play pool, shuffle board, and ping pong at our full-sized tables or sing the night away with the microphone and karaoke machine. On one end of the room, we provide a “prop wall” with hats, mustaches, toy guns, and other various items you might use along with your imagination to create entertaining and creative group pictures. There are instructions on the wall about how you and your group can use the props to create pictures you can post to social media, and tag Huckleberry Lodge at Lake Eufaula, to enter to win a free weekend for your group next year.

JACK AND DIANE BY JOHN COUGAR MELLENCAMP
At the top of the stairs are the Jack and Diane bunks. Again, a room that is unexpected, quirky, and fun. Designed with fun bright colors, checks, and minnow buckets as hanging lights. This room is and ode to Jack and Diane by John Cougar Mellencamp and is a song about two kids coming of age and trying to hold on to the fun of being young. It has unexpected headlights and a steering wheel tricking out the wall. There are two sets of XL bunks in this room that will easily sleep kids or adults. There is also another set of front load washer and dryers here for your convenience.
FOREVER AND EVER AMEN BY RANDY TRAVIS:
Forever and Ever Amen by Randy Travis was the inspiration for this king size bedroom. With an old door as a headboard flanked by beside lighting, boat paddles, seating area with tv, and a grand view of the lake, this room is one of a kind. With its birds’ eye view, waking up never gets old. The black out curtains in this room allow you to be able to snooze as long as you like.
The bathroom on this floor has all of the charm of a classic rustic farmhouse. It has a sliding glass shower with an extra tall shower head, a jacuzzi jet bath tub, and an old chicken coup for extra storage. Adorned with Mason jars as lights and a vintage swimsuit on the wall.
TENNESSEE WHISKEY BY CHRIS STAPLETON:
This Tennessee Whiskey Room has a smoky, moody feel with its’ red velvet vintage couch, whiskey barrels, and lamp made from an old Tennessee whiskey bottle. The king size bed is super soft with buttery cool white bedding and a leopard throw.
PORCH SWING ANGEL BY MUSCADINE BLOODLINE:
This room is darling with its vintage awning over the window, light cream colors, and angel wings on the wall. The king- sized bed is adorned with silky white bedding and faux cream-colored pillows. Definitely the room of a porch swing angel.

PARKING- Parking for 6 vehicles. Please do not park your boat trailer in our driveway or yard. You can put your boat in at Evergreen Marina or Nine Marina and leave your boat trailer parked there.
PETS- PET OWNERS MUST SIGN PET AGR. & PAY NONREFUNDABLE PET FEE of $200. Dogs only, no more than (2).
NO SMOKING INSIDE.
NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND.
OTHER- NO parties or events allowed. NO day use of the property for large gatherings or events in excess of the confirmed rental. Security outside cameras on site to review for number of guests and pets arriving/entering home(s). Security outside cameras will be on during your stay outside the home and . Security cameras are outside and cover the entire perimeter of the home and dock.
Short-Term Rental Agreement will be required for guest to sign immediately after booking. If bringing a pet or mooring your boat at our dock, you will be required to sign an addendum as well.
