This Brickell/Downtown condo provides all the pleasures, perks and pampering in a fully-furnished private luxury residence. This 24/7 doorman, high-rise, is located at the ocean edge with amazing views. Steps away from City Centre Mall, Brickell restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, 15 minutes Uber ride from the Airport, Cruise Terminal and South Beach attractions.
The Association wants to be sure the main guest acknowledges their rules. For that, the main guest will have to provide an email address to electronically sign a contract and send a picture of a government ID. Please, send the picture and the email address through Vrbo, and we'll send the link for the signature. They ask it to be competed 72h business hours before your check-in time, or the FOB may not work for you. Thanks!
The building can store luggage, from 7 am to 4 pm, the cost is $5 per bag. If a bag is picked up after 4 pm, there is a $20 late fee.
You’ll have one parking space for FREE in the parking garage inside the building. The only spot we have is in a high floor, and it may be a little tight getting there and parking depending on the size of your vehicle. Drive with care. Clearance is 6’-2”. You’ll be able to access it after registering with the front desk, the front desk will show you how to enter the garage and where to park.

Pool, gym and game room (they’re subject to availability and need to be booked with the front desk) are on the 14th floor.
You’ll have 1 (one) FOB and 1 (key) available after you register with the front desk. The building’s rules only allow one FOB per apartment. The key for the apartment, we can try to share access to the smart lock with you, so you’ll be able to open it with your phone. Air conditioner: 70 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 70 F, don’t put the the air conditioner’s temperature below 70 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down.
This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on Vrbo through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your Vrbo host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc.
Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk.
Guests can receive packages in the building, but we don’t take any responsibility over it, especially if packages arrive after the guests have left (or before they arrive). We can’t receive mail, nor anything that might be put into the mailbox, as we don't have access to it. Again, we don’t take any responsibility regarding any issue you might have with any delivery.
This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity.
There are cleaning products in the property, accessible to the guests. If you are coming with minors or people with a disability, please be sure they do not access these materials.
We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place.
Florida warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding.
If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know in advance so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipment.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
