The space
Nestled in the countryside town of Millfield, this six bedroom home is perfect for a trip to the Hunter Valley. Just minutes away from the Millfield and Mount View wineries or just 25 minutes from the centre of the Hunter Valley. Everything in this property is brand new and in perfect condition, ready for a relaxing getaway.
Whilst this is a new listing, we are experienced superhosts so you can rest assured your stay will be seamless.
Grab some popcorn and head to the Theatre room to watch Netflix on the 75 inch TV. If its games you want, there's a basketball shoot, air hockey, and fusball to keep you entertained. Not to mention several lawn games to play in the sprawling garden.
Cook lunch on the BBQ or in the huge indoor kitchen. The two dining tables are perfect for large families and you can even separate the adults from the kids in two separate dining areas. In the undercover alfresco, the stunning dining area seats 14 and inside seats 10.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need. We provide a tea & coffee station with UHT milk. If you are a heavy coffee drinker you may like to bring additional Nespresso compatible pods with you.

All linen and 1 towel per guest are provided. We have a reverse cycle air-con and a cosy indoor fireplace for those cold winter nights.
We can usually provide our guests either an extended check-in or check out (by 3 hours). Please notify us which you would like to extend when booking and we will try to accommodate.
The Area:
Millfield General Store is just a short walk away for fully cooked breakfasts, lunch, and some basic essentials. A 10-minute drive will take you to Big W, IGA, Aldi, Target, Woolies, and Coles.
Wine tours collect from the door and drop off for no extra fee.
The concert tour bus stop is just a 7-minute walk.

Please note we accept a maximum of 13 adults for adult-only bookings due to bedroom configurations. Additional charges apply after 8 guests, please ensure your guest numbers are correct in the reservation.
CCTV covers the entrance of the property only.
Whilst we are on an acre of land, noise travels in the countryside therefore there should be no audible noise outside after 10 PM. We have a strict no-party policy and want to preserve the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
DISCOUNTS: We have a 10% discount for 3-night stays.
We have a HUGE 40% discount for weekly stays. That’s almost three free nights. The online pricing includes discounts.
