The Ibiraquera Life property has direct access to Lagoa de Ibiraquera and has a fantastic outdoor infrastructure full of nature, shared pool, outdoor shower and lagoon gazebo. Finally, the parking lot has 2 covered spaces.

The house has ample and comfortable space, consisting of: 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, full kitchen, living and dining room, private balcony, terrace with decorative jacuzzi and panoramic view of the lagoon and bathroom.
