The Space:
Welcome to our home in South Philly!
Walk in off the quiet, cute block and step inside to the open concept living room area, featuring exposed brick walls, stylish and comfy furniture, surrounding a wall mounted 65 inch Roku Smart TV- perfect for catching up on some Netflix shows! Next, you will see the dining area with table and chair setup and modern chandelier overhead. Just past that is the conveniently located powder room for your comfort.
The kitchen is at the rear of the home and features two tone custom cabinetry, designer tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances with gas range and oven, bonus sitting area at the kitchen island, and bar cart. The cabinets will be stocked with all the essentials that you will need to cook and bake at home!
Outside the back door, we have a nice little private patio area with a small table and chair set up. Perfect for your morning coffee!
Back inside and down the basement stairs you will find the family game room, featuring arcade games, a retro nintendo, foosball, and a wall mounted smart tv. This is our favorite room in the house! It is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The laundry area is also located in the finished basement- with provided detergent if you'd like to do laundry.
Walk up to the second floor and you will be greeted by the spacious rear bedroom featuring 2 twin beds, ample closet space, and a wall mounted smart Tv for your viewing enjoyment! The mattresses are super comfy and have plenty of pillows and blankets. Next you will find the hallway bathroom appointed with a tub and shower combo, wood grain vanity, led mirror, designer tile and gleaming chrome fixtures. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided!
At the front of the house you will find the gorgeous primary bedroom, featuring a custom peacock green accent wall, smart Tv, nice closet space, and a convenient ensuite bathroom complete with shower with modern tile, rainfall shower head, matte black fixtures, and led mirror.

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located to all ways of transportation:
-Extremely walkable- leave your car parked!
-Uber and Lyft are easily accesible
-Your closest subway stop to your stay is Tasker Morris station. It is only about a 5 minute walk from your door. The Broad St line subway will take you south (to sports stadiums and FDR Park) or North (towards City Hall and Center City and beyond).
-If you feel like rolling around Philly on a bike, a great way to do so is to use Indego bike share. It's pretty simple- you can find a station nearby, rent your bike at the self service kiosk, and ride around until you would like to return the bike.
-Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway.
Other Things to Note:
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
