Beach-front cozy, clean, and comfortable condo located on the second floor at Island Reef Condominium Association on the coveted south end of Fort Myers Beach. Walk directly onto the beach and out to the Gulf from the Island Reef property! Enjoy morning coffee with beach views and evening drinks with amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from our oversized, comfortable furnished, and fully-screened lanai. Two week minimum rental; all dates must fall within same calendar month.
Our main living and dining area is open and bright with sliding doors out to the oversized screened lanai and views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living room features new leather furniture include a couch and recliners, as well as a large Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer are in-unit and are new.
The bedrooms are split plan with one located on each side of the living/dining area. Each bedroom features lanai access with views of the Gulf. Both bedrooms are owner’s suite style - rooms are spacious, feature king-size beds, in-room Smart TVs, and offer large closets. Each bedroom has direct access to a private bathroom, and we provide quality towels, linens, and toiletries.
Beach chairs, towels, cooler, and beach buggy are provided. Island Reef’s outdoor amenities are BRAND NEW and include new pool & pool deck/sunning area, shuffleboard courts, and outdoor grilling area. Our complex also features a fully renovated ground-floor community room with full kitchen.
Island Reef’s south-end location offers convenient access to shopping, dining, pharmacy, and groceries. We’re just 5 minutes from beautiful Lover’s Key State Park and there’s easy access to Bonita Springs and Naples to the south.
This condo is available for mid-term rentals of at least 30 days. Stays of 14 days or more MAY be approved if within the same calendar month. If you are unable to book specific dates here on VRBO, please send us a message to inquire - we typically respond within the hour, and we’d love to work with you to secure your reservation!
NOTE: Once your reservation is confirmed through AirBnB, you MUST also complete an Island Reef Condominium Association Rental form and return to the owner/owner’s agent for submission to the association. This form will be provided to you within 48 hours of booking - it is an association requirement and must be submitted no less than 35 days prior to your arrival.
