3/2 water-front home 10 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Onsite pool Complete with 2 separate seating areas outside. 3 Lounge Chairs and 4 Patio Seating Including outdoor GRILL great for BBQ and eating pool side! The property is recently remodeled & painted w/ brand new furniture.
This gorgeous property has a pool with a regular temperature Jacuzzi surrounded by an unobstructed view of the Hollywood Canal. There are two seating areas outside; one under the tiki hut by the pool and the other with a waterfront view with direct access to the indoor kitchen and a grill. The property is recently remodeled and painted with brand new furniture. Take advantage of this listing's low price while it lasts. The heater for the pool must be requested Atleast 24 hrs prior to your arrival. The fee for pool heater is 35$ per day, for the length of your stay and must be paid/arranged prior to your arrival. Payment instructions will be discussed when request is made.
The house is equipped with WiFi. The living room has brand new flat screen HD smart TV with a comfortable couch with chaise lounge.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite master bath with walk-in shower and double sink with a private entrance to the pool area. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The third bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, which also has direct access to outside. There is a second bathroom with a tub and shower. We will also provide a queen sized air-mattress for an additional 2 guests by request.
The beautiful kitchen with a waterfront view has everything you need to whip up a quick snack or a 5-course gourmet meal. Dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and small appliances, including a dishwasher, are all provided in this well-equipped kitchen. Guests need to provide their own cooking oils & seasonings. There are a washer and dryer in the garage (please supply your own detergent, as this tends to be a personal preference.)
In addition, the house has a small boat dock on the Hollywood Canal. We have 3 paddle boards that are great for cruising the canal and guests are free to use them!
There are fixed bridges and please consider creating a Float Plan to be safe navigating the waters of this unfamiliar territory.

Q: Is it near the beach?
A: This home is 8 minutes to the Hollywood North Beach Park!
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! I provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless I happen to be out, which is rare).
Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: I will try to accommodate your desired check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need time to have the room professionally cleaned for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the room will usually be ready by or 1 or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage until at least the late afternoon. Late check-ins, even ones at 2am, are no problem at all (I promise you won't be bothering me).
Q: Will I have a key? Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes and yes. And I wouldn't trust any Airbnb listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and I take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: I honestly have no idea. With fees included, Airbnb only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and Airbnb actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.
Q: The pictures look pretty cool. Is that how the place really looks?
A: Yes. In fact, the space is actually quite a bit larger than can be seen in the photos. It is a very, very spacious home by Hollywood standards, and there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
Q: Is the bed comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say it's the best they've ever slept on!
