Casolare Lavoria (CRI200) is a semi-detached house with four rooms and a total area of 150 m2. The house is spacious and bright, featuring tasteful and cosy furnishings. It has sloping ceilings in some parts, giving it a unique character.
The upper floor of the house can be accessed through an exterior staircase. This floor includes a large living/sleeping room with a sliding door, a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views that surround the house.
There are three bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm), while the other two bedrooms each have two beds. All the bedrooms are comfortable and offer a peaceful retreat from the outside world.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen, providing a cosy space for meals with family and friends.
