Beautiful off grid Tiny Home in an amazing secluded canyon! Tiny Home has queen loft, a twin loft, large bathroom with a full shower and a Kitchen. It has solar power, hot water, AC unit and much more. We supply everything from propane to conditioner, and body wash. Come experience nature, have a fire, roast marshmallows and do some star gazing! We are located near Zion National Park(40 min), Bryce Canyon National Park(2hrs) and Grand Canyon North Rim(1.5hrs)!

We recommend biking in Gooseberry, jem trail, and hiking in water canyon trail head. Along side going to zion national park and sand hollow reservoir where you can rent kayaks and spend a day on the water Gooseberry (13min) jem trail (20min) water canyon (22min) sandhollow state park (35min) Zion np (45min)

The Neighborhood:
our tiny house is surrounded by beautiful views and breath taking sunsets. this is all complimented by the beauty of being able to see the stars at night while sitting next to the camp fire. all this is only a short 45 min scenic drive to Zion national park.

We're in the perfect location for our guests to explore Zion np, the narrows, sand hollow reservoir, the virgin River, and snow canyon. we are striving to create the best experience possible for our guests. Note: Tiny Home is off the grid. This means power and water are a luxury. You may loose power on rare occasions and need to start the generator. The generator has easy to use instructions and we are usually available to assist if you need it. Water is limited. We truck in water daily and you have 45 gallons to use. Like any nature setting there are animals and bugs. Please keep the door shut to keep all the critters out. In the cold season when temperatures dip below 32 degrees there is a chance your pipes freeze. In this case they usually thaw out by the afternoon.
