It's 3 mins from grocery stores, restaurants and a 7 mins drive to CHINA TOWN.
This private residence filled with tranquility and peacefulness will surely cater to travelers from all aspects of life.
As you walk in, you will be welcomed by our SHINING GOLDEN WALL with the LAS VEGAS SIGN that has been loved and admired by all of our guests from all over the world.
While appreciating the wall, you can rejuvenate yourself with the COMPLIMENTARY SCENTED COLD TOWELS that are inside the mini cooler on the entrance console table.
Then you will make your way to the spacious living room which has has a large TV and a comfortable seating arrangement for all your group needs.
As you proceed, you will catch the sight of our FULL SIZE POOL TABLE to entertain you and your guests during you stay.
The house has an open floor plan so that allows you to watch your favorite shows while playing your shots at the table.
The pool table area also has a remote controlled HEATER with changeable screen colors to lift up your spirits while keeping you warm during the desert winters!
Walking further into the open kitchen, you will see a coffee station stocked up with complimentary essentials for your stay so you can have your morning dose of caffeine.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with all the utensils,microwave, stove, oven,full refrigerator, a BRITA, blender, dual sinks with hot and cold water acces.
Our SIX PERSON DINING ROOM is attached to the kitchen giving your folks a private dining room experience.
Master bedroom will include a COMFORTABLE HOTEL STANDARD KING BED with a private walk-in bathroom with complimentary Toiletries and TRESEMME bath essentials.
The master bedroom also has a large TV to watch all your favorite shows right from your bed. Our bedside lamps include 2 USB PORTS so our guests don't need to worry about finding a socket to charge their phones.
