Kastelli Villa is set on the island of Kalymnos, with plenty of space for guests to enjoy a totally unique holiday! Our residence offers a lux villa sharing one pool and magnificent outdoors overlooking the island of Telendos. The residence comprises of 5 ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounges & dining areas. Premises can host up to 10 people. Situated 11km from Kalymnos Port and 2km from Masouri beach and the popular rock climbing location.
Kasteli Villas is a luxurious residence of 220m2 designed in three levels and can accommodate up to 10 persons.
The first level features one master ensuite bedroom with a king sized bed and unobstructed sea & pool views from its private balcony.
On the ground level there are one double ensuite and one twin ensuite bedroom with sea & pool views from their balcony door. There is also a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest WC is also located on the ground level.
On the lower level, there are two more ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin, with garden view windows. There is also an extra lounge area. All rooms are fully air conditioned (& heated), they offer Cable TVs and all 5 bathrooms have showers.
Our residence features superb outdoor spaces with roof terraces, parasols and relaxing sun loungers around the pool, outdoor sitting and dining areas plus barbeque facilities.
Spectacular Aegean sea & Telendos island views are bound to offer you unique memories especially during sunset hours! Just perfect for all types of guests looking for a lux and special stay!

Our villa is located on the beautiful Aegean island of Kalymnos. Kalymnos is a rising holiday destination not only for its crystal clear beaches and cultural sights but also for its landscape and geology making it very popular worldwide for rock climbing.
Our residence is located in a very peaceful area offering unobstructed sea views of the Aegean Sea and the opposite Telendos Island. We are located 2km away from the popular beach of Masouri offering a wide range of seaside cafes & restaurants serving regional cuisine and featuring scenic views of nearby islands. Masouri area is one of the most famous locations for rock climbing.
Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
