If you need peace and quiet but still need some exciting things to do, the Kokopelli Bungalow is the place for you. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but is close to lots of entertainment. Within 10 miles of State Farm Stadium and 8.5 miles to the Nascar Race Track. You can make use of the 2 bikes and 2 sets of golf clubs when you go out and play. You will also enjoy the Southwest theme decoration. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow has two bedrooms with a queen bed each, with a TV in the first bedroom for four adults. The third bedroom has a full hide-a-bed (pull out) and a TV.
You can cook your own meals as the kitchen has basic utensils and appliances. You can still stay connected during your vacation because we have internet. We also have a printer if you need it. There's a coffee maker and a BBQ grill. No need to worry about going to the laundromat, there's a washer and dryer in the home. There's a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo, towels and linens. For your comfort, there's central AC in the home. There's also free parking for 2 cars in front of the garage and a tire pump for the 2 bicycles in the shed.
Retirees and a few children make up most of the quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are watchful for each other. There is a nearby park 2 houses away. Other parks are scattered throughout the neighborhood. Shop at the following locations that are within a mile: Kohl's, Penny's, JoAnn Fabrics, Tanger Outlets that are 6 miles away. There are many choices of restaurants from a mile to 2 miles away.

The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.
