Deposit: A deposit check of 500 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival at the gîte.
If you wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cash deposit of € 160 will be required on arrival. This sum (160 €) will be returned to you at the exit after verification.

Located in the heart of the Norman Bocage, easy access to Villedieu-les-Poêles in 3 hours by train or car from Paris. 20 minutes from the beaches of Granville, Mont-st-Michel, Avranches and the ZOO of Champrepus, Karting ... ideally located to discover the South Manche and the landing beaches but also the cities of CAEN, Cancale, Dinard, St Malo at 45 minutes.
Villedieu is one of the essential stops for craft tourism in Normandy. The house has 8 bedrooms with flat screen TV, wifi and 6 bathrooms:

• The Fushia room with a double bed (140 cm) + and a private shower room

• The Vintage room with a double bed (140 cm) and a private bathroom

On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance hall with spaces for storing your clothes and shoes. As an extension, the laundry area with washing machine and dryer, then a very well equipped playroom for children with TV. This room has a small sofa and 3 armchairs if necessary to make the children sleep outside the parents' room.

Next to the games room, the living room with a BABY FOOT BONZINI and a GIANT SCREEN OF 227cm (NETFLIX) overlooks the courtyard. A small kitchen has been created in the living room to facilitate your outdoor meals with fridge, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle ...
In rainy weather, you can cook under the covered courtyard, which is fitted with two large Weber charcoal barbecues and a sofa.
