Lake Palm Retreat is a two bedroom comfortable retreat set on the grounds of 3 acres of a waterfront property. You will have access to the grounds (shared with guests from Lake Palm Residence (a 4 bedroom home also listed on airbnb).
With two bedrooms both with Queen beds, a kitchen area and main bathroom, this home is perfect for those wanting a little escape in paradise while being close to all that Lake Macquarie has to offer. Fishing, water sports and shopping at Morisett or Toronto, or even take a day trip travelling further afield to visit the Beaches of Newcastle, or the Vineyards of the Hunter Valley (all within an hours drive away) .
The private pool is shared with the other home if guests are in residence, as well as the expansive grounds. The water's edge will keep everyone entertained, whether it is just for a stroll, a spot of fishing, or a glass of wine or two as you watch the sunset.
You will not want to leave, but it's easier knowing you can come back.

Trains stop regularly at the Morisset Railway Station, however it is much easier to see all that Lake Macquarie offers by going by car. Taxis and Ubers are available but delays may occur.
This home is exclusively booked for your use and is professionally cleaned before your arrival. We offer contactless check-in and check-out for a safe stay.
Neighbour Policy: No parties or excessive noise allowed as per NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Failure to comply may result in police-assisted eviction or additional charges. Respect our neighbours' right to quiet enjoyment. A noise monitor and security camera may be present, but they will not be accessed unless alerted of any issues by neighbours or calls.
Please complete a check-in form with your home address, email, and a copy of your Driver's License for identification. The maximum number of guests is stated in your booking, and additional visitors must be approved in writing by Lakeshores staff.
The reservation price is based on a minimum of (4) guests. Additional guests are charged per person per night. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please enter the correct number of guests (children under 2 are free) when booking.
We aim to be eco-friendly. Basic toiletries may be provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Hand wash and basic kitchen essentials will be supplied. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for pools, lakes, or beaches.
Insurance: We recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance to cover emergencies, event cancellations, and situations not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions.
• Parties are strictly prohibited • You may not exceed the number of people specified on your booking. • The host will not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds. • NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area
