The modern chefs kitchen - designed by a classically trained French Chef - features a six burner gas cooktop, double Thermador wall ovens, a five foot wide stainless Electrolux refrigerator, two dishwashers, a center island, granite countertops and a wood burning fireplace. The spacious back patio overlooking "The Meadows" - twenty one acres of conservation land - is perfect for outdoor entertaining, wedding, and special events.

Each of the guest rooms is named after one of the home's illustrious former residents, four generations of Lathrop’s; Steve and Judy Plank; Lydia Huntley Sigourney and the world's most infamous traitor Benedict Arnold.
