The three-story Main House offers 8 bedrooms with full en-suites, complete with central AC and large walk-in closets. Some of the master suites offer separate living areas, secluded patios, and sunlit soaking baths. On the other side of the estate, there is separate 4 bedroom guest house which includes indoor-outdoor dining and living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a tucked-away office.
The Main House boasts a beautiful outdoor pavilion, private swimming pool and lounge area, open-aired entertainment space and treehouse dining area.
Located between the Main House and Guest Cottage are expansive Asian-inspired gardens, koi ponds, and weaving walking paths with lush, exotic plants and towering palms which lead to the property’s Great House.
The Great House offers formal dining areas, an Art-Deco bar and a cinema, making it the perfect place for hosting guests for cocktails or dinner.
Guests staying at Laughing waters also have use of the fully-outfitted gym, and can enjoy morning yoga or mediation sessions on the large manicured lawn.
For guests travelling with children, the fully outfitted playroom is the perfect space for nannies to spend time with the hcildren while parents relax nearby.
