The villa is a country house set in in a private peaceful garden setting, with off street parking. The home consists of a spacious bright living room with double aspect windows and doors out to the garden. Great for enjoying the gentle breezes. There is a new 50"smart television and board games for your in-house pleasure. A roomy dining room, with impressive fireplace. The kitchen is immediately off the dining room and includes all of the things you will need for making your meals during your stay. There is also a washing machine. For cooler days there are two new ceramic wall heaters, fireplace and two wood burners to keep you comfortable.
A ground floor double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the rear of the house. Upstairs, there are two additional rooms. One with a double bed and another large room area that consists of a double bed and a single bed. This room has no door but is private because of its own dedicated staircase. There is a shared bathroom for these two bedrooms. The stairs are steep, may not be suited for physically challenged or small children. The two upstairs rooms have sloped ceilings and there are areas of the rooms where you may not be able to stand fully upright.
Outside you have a large private garden with an undercover patio at the front of the house and an additional patio area at the side of the house set with outside furniture and umbrella to enjoy your meals al fresco.
Blanzay Stone Villa is close to amenities and the lovely town of Civray, with many well rated restaurants and takeaways, several supermarkets and shops are within a 10-minute drive. Locally held markets on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays. The Villa makes a great base to explore the Southwest of France.
