The space :
The Phoenix has been fitted out with the aim of welcoming you in complete comfort:
✦ You will benefit from a restful sleep, in our three closed bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, contains a King bed, while the other two bedrooms, in the basement, contain a Queen bed and the last one a double bed and two single bunk beds. Bath towels and bedding are included.
✦ The kitchen is fully equipped, so you have nothing else to bring but your food! All dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, cauldrons, and even raclette kit, blender, hybrid Delonghi coffee maker (filter coffee & espresso) are on site for your use! Some food essentials are also provided, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, and items for cleaning (soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, bags, paper towels, etc.)
✦ In the living area you can enjoy a smart TV allowing you to connect to your favorite applications, a cozy gas fireplace, a foosball table as well as board games for the whole family.
✦ The dining room has a large table that can accommodate 8 guests, and the adjacent terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, a relaxation area and a propane BBQ for your meals! ☼
✦ The chalet is equipped with a high-speed internet connection, a work desk, air conditioning and drinking water. There are two full bathrooms, the one on the ground floor with a bath-shower and the one in the basement with a free-standing bath and an adjacent shower. The washer and dryer will be accessible.
✦ Outside, you will enjoy a large lot isolated by greenery, with an outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows and a direct access to Lac Gérard. You will also have access to 2 adult kayaks and 2 children's kayaks, as well as life jackets, for hours of fun on the water!
Finally, you can enjoy the relaxation spa all year round!
Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.
Guest access :
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!
Other things to note :
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You are going to be able to access your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts right on the TV.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is a gas indoor fireplace as well as an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. However, you must bring your wood. I would suggest that you also bring some kindling and paper to make getting started easier. You can buy them near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long. You just need to bring your own towels for the hot tub.
There is a security camera at the entrance to the chalet, pointing out towards the parking lot.
