Our modern and spacious holiday home, awarded with 5 stars by the tourism association and 5 keys from the Clesvacances portal, has a total area of approx. 280m², on one level without steps or stairs. The living area for four to six people offers 85m ² every imaginable comfort for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Free WiFi is available in the entire holiday home.
The swimming pool with 90m² consists of a 10 x 4m swimming pool framed by a lying area with underfloor heating.
A patio and a south-facing terrace are available for nice days, together approx. 46m².
There is also a 600m² garden with a private parking space.
The vacation home
The L-shaped living area consists of two parts:

The region
Your holiday resort Ménil Lépinois is a small village with about 120 inhabitants in the south of the Ardennes.
Absolute rest and relaxation in a hilly, extensive field landscape are guaranteed. The center of the village is the old church with the Gottesacker. There is a Booleplatz, the bakery brings croissants, pain au chocolat and delicious baguette to the door in the morning, a mobile mom and pop shop comes on Tuesdays.
Many lonely dirt roads invite you to go for a walk, hike, jog or ride a bike.
After about 20 minutes by car you are at the foot of the first vineyards. A tour of the large and small wine villages of Champagne with occasional breaks for tasting should be at the top of the list of tourist activities.

Right next to it is the Palais du Tau - the Archbishop's Palace from the 16th Century.

The small town of Epernay is one of the focal points of champagne production. One of the most beautiful buildings is the Moët & Chandon champagne house from 1743, which we can only recommend to visit.
The city center of Chalons-en-Champage is characterized by its many half-timbered houses and the collegiate church Notre-Dame-en-Vaux from the 12th Century - UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Goethe and Schiller Museum on Rue Péon Bourgois is worth a visit.
Chalons-en-Champagne is crossed by the rivers Mau and Nau. On a city tour in a boat you understand where the nickname "Venice of Champagne" comes from.
The historic center of the city of Troyes is shaped like a champagne cork. It is dominated by the Saint Pierre et Saint Paul cathedral, which houses a large number of shrines, and the Basilique St Urbain with its famous windows. In addition, it is worth visiting the patrician house Hôtel du Petit Louvre from the 13th Century. Troyes houses an ensemble of well-preserved half-timbered houses from the 16th Century, particularly beautiful in the Ruelle des Chats and the Cour du Mortier d'or.

The cities of Charleville-Mézières and Sedan can be found in the Ardennes in the north, near the Belgian border.
