Résumé: Our host was great! I loved the contactless check-in/entry and there were fresh cookies and fruit, etc which was delightful as it was a busy weekend. The kitchen only had a convection/microwave which I struggled with until I googled the instructions. (may be helpful to leave a set) This is a converted basement but with lots of light and no damp/musty smell. However, it does mean that we hear all the going on's above us like furniture moving and things dropping on the wood floors. This wouldn't have been so bad except it was the middle of the night or very early Sunday am and after we returned to the entryway reeking of pot. Overall, it was WAY better than a hotel and better than a few other air b-n-b's we have stayed in. Just go in with eyes open.
