Summary:
The Cottage is located on gorgeous Lilyview, a 100 acre working cattle farm with lush green pastures and Yarrawa Brush rainforest situated in heart of NSW's Southern Highlands . Separated from the rest of the property by a private road, the cottage is accessed through a 5 acre paddock, where our Angus steers and Hereford cows freely roam. Completely private, this comfortable cottage sits in an elevated position surrounded by established gardens with northerly views to the native rainforest.
The Space:
This adorable 4-bedroom cottage is accessed through our orchard and sits in a secure garden with country views from each of large picture windows.
It comes with all the "mod cons" you need, including a wood-fire heater and fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso and all the essential equipment needed to whip up a delicious meal.
The property has 4 private bedrooms, providing enough sleeping room for the whole family or a group of friends. Each bedroom is equipped with luxury fleece blankets, high quality linens, duvets and electric blankets for winter months. Large windows with fly-screens open onto the gardens complete with block-out blinds. Storage hooks and additional powerpoints are provided for guest convenience.
There are heaters in each room (all 4 bedrooms, dining, lounge and family rooms). In winter, firelighters and matches, kindling paper and logs are provided.
There is 1 bathroom which consists of a shower (no bath tub) and the toilet is separate.
There is abundant living space with a fire place, as well as a separate TV room. The dining room has a generous 8-seater farmhouse dining table, which flows into the large, open kitchen, that is perfect for preparing meals.
The private garden is the perfect sun trap to the north and an alfresco dining area with BBQ area and mature trees overlooks the orchard.
Please note that Lilyview Cottage has a strict NO Smoking policy. No Smoking is permitted inside or outside the premises.
Showcasing the best that the Southern Highlands has to offer, Lilyview really is the best spot for your next trip for families and groups of friends alike.

Robertson Village is a beautiful southern highlands village with beautiful antiques, artisans and gourmet food outlets such as the famous Robertson Cheese factory, Moonacres Kitchen and Robertson Pub. It has a great family owned fruit shop, gourmet butcher and small grocery store for essentials and liquor. Situated at the heart of the Southern Highlands gives you the chance to check out other local towns, including Bowral which is an easy 20 mins up the road.
Other Things to Note:
COVID Cleaning - Our housekeepers continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and are taking extra care to wipe down high-frequency touch points (e.g. handles, switches, buttons, locks etc) as well as wearing gloves whilst cleaning. Our housekeepers use anti-bacterial cleaning products and all linens are washed using an anti-bacterial detergent. We also provide cleaning products, paper towels, tissues, hand wash and hand sanitiser for guest use.
