The space
In the middle of the vibrant South, the trendy hotspot in central Antwerp with terraces, cocktail bars, dance cafes, restaurants, bistro's, nightlife, museums and shopping.
Characteristic mansion build in 1896 with 4 meter ceilings, completely renovated to modern comfort standards.
When you step out of the door, your view will catch the stunning Museum of Fine Arts at the end of the street. Captivating.
Although the accommodation is located in the nightlife area of Antwerp South, it's located in a very quiet one-way street. No noise, sleep quietly and relax as much as you can. But you can enjoy nightlife, go out for diner, chase the sun on the terraces a few steps away. Everything is just around the corner. You found the absolute best location for your stay.

There are two types of people in this world: those who count the hours of the day and those who count the beats per minute (between 125 and 150, to be exact). The ones who count the hours are mere mortals. The ones who count the beats are the chosen ones to enter the CoCo Paradiso suite.
In its 120 square meters, 3 floors apartment, you will find a 100inch fireplace, 100inch projector cinema screen…yes. As well as all the exclusive details of our suite. But don’t kid yourself. Most of all, you will want the suite for the incredible music equipment it includes: Pioneer DDJ-SR controller with Mac pro SeratoDJ and large Lucas PA system. Because when you embody the spirit of the DJ, you want it all.
Guest access
The Coco Paradiso suite is situated in a low emission zone. Check if your car can enter this zone. Search for "LEZ Antwerpen".
Parking in the street is only allow for 3 hours. Disadvantage of central Antwerp. I can reserve a spot in an indoor parking for you for 19euro a day. The parking is 750m from the Coco Paradiso suite.
Other things to note
Party all you want, but we are located in a residential area. Be respectful to our neighbours. Turn down the volume after midnight. If police rings my door, you loose your rental deposit.
This accommodation is for 4 persons. You may invite friends, but the seating area is for 5 persons.
Need more space for more guest? Book yourself the ground floor in this house as well. (check my other listing at the same address) The ground floor is available for another 2 persons. Equipped with kingsize bed & bathroom as well. Search for availability at airbnb for "Romantic in most trendy central hotspot" for my other listing.
BBQ at the terrace can be used. A bar table with build in fireplace is available as well.
You will be sharing the stairway and washing machine/dryer with me. That's it. All is private for you to use.
