Unwind and enjoy the City in our Cozy Guest Suite!
We are in a fantastic location to explore the city and mountains! We live within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. We are close to public transportation too!
We live in a quiet neighborhood. We are 20 minutes to Denver International Airport, 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, 30 minutes to Boulder, and Golden. We are within 25 minute to 45 minutes to great hiking areas!
The space
You will be stying an a room on the back of the house. This room is a small room with a large closet and good size private bathroom. The room is better for people that are out and about most of the day. The size of the room is small. You are welcome to hang out on the patio when you like.
You will have a convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware).
We stock the room with shampoo,conditioner, body soap, dish cleaner, sponge. We stock the coffee area with tea, coffee and the fixings. There is a desk and a chair if you need to do work. We also have a space heater so you can adjust the heat to your temperature.
This room is separated by a hall where the washer and dryer are located .
I have a guide book I put together for guests. We will send it once you book. We have restaurant recommendations, hiking trails, cool small towns and more. My favorite thing is to recommend nice hikes with cool downtown areas that you can relax after.
Entrance
You will enter through the gate to the back yard and will enter to your own private entrance at the back of the house. It is the only door with a key pad. When you enter the gate there is a rocky path. It is small stones that line your way to the patio.

You can hang out on the patio.
We love hosting! We enjoying meeting people and giving people ideas for their trip! Again the bed can sleep 2 people but the size of the room 1 person would be more comfortable.
Guest access
There is a separate entrance in the back of the house you can access. There is a foyer or Laundry room that separates your space from the main house. We each have a door.
The laundry is available but you have to schedule a time with us as we use it often.
The neighborhood
Our Neighborhood is quite. We are 1.5 miles from town center in Park Hill/Stapleton. Town Center has restaurants, breweries, and a grocery store.
We are 7 minutes to City Park, the Nature and Science Museum, and the Zoo.
We have recommendations for coffee, restaurants, neighborhoods but we are mostly big explores of the outdoors through out Colorado. Lots of places to go in walking distance.

We are a 10-15 minutes to Downtown Denver. We are about 25 mins to airport which does not include rush hour.
There is on-site laundry there are some limits based on how long you are staying.
