This St. Louis home is in a centralized location just minutes away from all of the best St. Louis attractions! The new Top Golf is less than 1 mile away or under 3 min to get there. Up to 10 guests can enjoy this 4 bed, 3 bath home. Downtown St. Louis is less than 10 minutes, home to Busch Stadium, the Convention Complex, Enterprise Center, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, and family-friendly museums. Other attractions within 15 minutes of this home include the Zoo, Forest Park, Botanical Gardens, The Science Center, and The Fabulous Fox Theater!
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. The intimate living room is well-defined by a cozy area rug, plush sofa, and two coordinating side chairs. After an exciting day of exploration, it will be a delight to relax here while sipping on your favorite beverage and reliving the day's events.
Comfortable evenings at home will see you using the Smart TV with both cable and WiFi to enjoy a long-awaited movie or favorite TV show.
An updated kitchen awaits the family chef, with clean lines, pristine white appliances, and thoughtful extras, like the pot-filler faucet and complimentary coffee pods.
