The home’s boat house itself comes fully stocked with goodies to help you get out and explore the lake, from kayaks to paddleboards and plenty of life jackets to keep you afloat. If you’re bringing your own boat along, you’ll have a private slip to dock it, making trips on and off the water a literal breeze. Up toward the house, the shaded, wraparound deck is an ideal way to watch the action from afar, staying cool with an afternoon cocktail while you turn the pages of a good book.
Venturing away from the home, you’ll be just a few miles from Mooresville, where you'll find an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Ready to test your sea (or rather, lake!) legs?
