The home is on a residential street in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway. A Ring camera is located at the front and back of the house for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

The cozy living room features a large comfy sofa, two accent chairs and ottomans for extra seating, socializing and relaxation, a 65" 4K Smart Roku TV with streaming services and Apple Airplay, and soundbar with bluetooth.
KITCHEN
While there are some amazing dining options in town, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your loved ones a nice meal. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishes/silverware, cooking utensils, and pots/pans. The kitchen island has seating for four guests and the adjacent dining table has seating for six guests. Start your day with a complimentary coffee and tea bar, ensuring your mornings are off to a great start - fully stocked with an electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and tea bags.
BEDROOMS
All four bedrooms feature 10" memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, ceiling fans, night stands with lighting, and full sized closet with hangers and shelves. Three bedrooms have one queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds. There are dedicated office workspaces in two of the bedrooms.
BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms fully stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.
BASEMENT
Enjoy your favorite films in style with our private movie theater, complete with a large projector screen and comfortable seating. Challenge your friends and family to a thrilling game night - we have an LED light up shuffleboard table, poker table with provided poker set, and various game boards including Codenames, Scrabble, and Uno. Also set the mood with the warm and nostalgic sound of vinyl on our high-quality record player. The large modular sectional converts into an additional sleeping bed that can comfortably accommodate two people.
BACKYARD
Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy barrel sauna or soak under the stars in our private hot tub, both perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Grill up your favorite meals and dine al fresco on the patio and gather around the firepit in the evenings to roast marshmallows.
PARKING
You’ll have no trouble finding parking with ample space for your vehicles. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to two vehicles plus plenty of additional free parking on the street.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest.
Other things to note
-We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $50/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
-No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property.
-No parties are permitted on the property.
-Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied.
