Is the house really as good as it appears? Yes...many say better. Carefully created open-air design, superior grade materials and finishings, all completed by nationally recognized construction firm. Refined but keeps with our family’s desire for a welcoming, relaxing and warm atmosphere. We built the home as a family retreat; our young children look forward to as many trips “home” as we can fit in. We look forward to having you and treating you with gracious “Midwestern Hospitality.”
Our most common feedback from many family/friends/guests are that “pictures don’t do the home or views justice” and that it’s has the unique ability to bring family and friends closer together while maintaining the “personal space” many desire.

House is located along the most desirable stretch of Nevis' west coast facing across St. Kitts. Pinney's Beach.

1. The caring hands of “Team Nevis” will be organized for your efficient transport from St. Kitts directly to Oasis in Nevis...land taxi...water taxi...rendezvous with car rental and welcoming host escort to Oasis.
Beach Access: Comfortable 5-10 minute walk to either Paradise Beach to the south will take you all the way to Four Seasons or walk North to Yachtsman’s Grill/ Beach and open access all the way to Chrishi Beach. Plenty of open beach and privacy.
Other beaches, Oualie, Chrishi, Sunshine’s, Nisbet are just minutes away by car.
Numerous restaurants along the coast are nearby including Mango at Four Seasons, Coconut Grove, Chrishi Beach, Yachtsman’s Grill, Gin-Trap, Double Deuce, Sunshine’s, Lime Beach Bar. Other restaurant favorites are Bananas, Golden Rock, Montpelier, House is about a 7-minute drive to the Nevis airport, a 5 minute drive to Charlestown and Four Seasons Resort Nevis.

Stunning in its quality and location, Oasis villa overlooks St. Kitts and the lights of Basseterre, Oasis can accommodate a large extended family, or could be used as it is called—an "oasis" for the perfect honeymoon. The five-bedroom home is beautifully furnished with the highest quality fixtures available. Enjoy cooking Caribbean meals on the all-Viking kitchen with every small appliance available. Everyone can gather on the decks or around the 20' x 40' pool to enjoy the sun or watch it drop below the horizon every night of the year.
Room Descriptions
Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom located on main floor with locally handcrafted mahogany king four-poster bed, porch with mountain view and private entrance to sea side veranda, AC, En-suite bathroom with Kohler Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower with large rain-head shower head.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: Located on the upper level, Queen-sized handcrafted mahogany beds, AC and ceiling fans. Bedroom 2: View of beautiful Mt. Nevis, Bedroom 3: french doors that lead to generous balcony with tile carpet that offers some of the best views on island. Walk-in showers with rain-head shower heads.
Bedrooms 4 and 5: Located on the lower level, separate living space complete with kitchenette and open recreation room, french doors opening to pool deck in both rooms. Bedroom 4 has queen size handcrafted mahogany bed, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and rain-head shower head. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds, half bath.
Bathrooms: Ensuite baths with each bedroom and powder room near kitchen and laundry room.
Living Room: Spacious and gracious living area that connects with dining area. Comfortable furnishings and spaces surrounded by many French doors that allow gentle breezes to flow through the house. Flat-screen Samsung Smart TV
Kitchen: Large, open plan kitchen with custom mahogany kitchen with all Viking appliances, double oven and microwave; granite counters; all types of small appliances, full gourmet kitchen. Main sink and separate prep-area sink.
Laundry: Separate room with front-loading and dryer; powder room.
Pool: Gorgeous pool 20' x 40' for laps or relaxing; pool and veranda offer elevated views of Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts.
